If you think your order is missing firstly, please go to the ‘Your Account’ section of the website and check your order history to make sure your order has been despatched.

If your order was posted in the UK please allow a minimum of 7 working days (Mon - Fri) before presenting a claim. We cannot process any claim on your behalf with the Royal Mail until then.
For Overseas orders please allow 28 working days before submitting a claim. Again, we cannot process any claim on your behalf with the Royal Mail until then.

What is Your Returns Policy? |
|
You are able to cancel your order within 14 working days, starting the day after you received your goods, for a full refund (Except PC games, software or hardware).
For PC games, software or hardware you may ONLY exhange the item for something else or receive a credit note for future purchases. This is at our discretion.
If you would like to return items to us please note all goods MUST be unopened and sealed. We are unable to accept items that have been opened. In such instances no refund will be given.
You must email us before returning goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. You can find full details about the law and your rights as a consumer on the Office Of Fair Trading web site.

What is Your Returns Address? |

Please enclose a copy of your invoice and ensure the item is substantially packaged. We will not accept items that have been damaged in the post and you will be liable for all costs incurred.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and ensure the value of the goods are covered by postal insurance. You will be liable for the cost of returning the item(s). We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and deduct some or all of our postage costs, at our discretion, from any refund/credit note issued.

Regional Differences - For Overseas Buyers |
All our PS2, Xbox and GameCube games are UK PAL Format and WILL NOT work on an unmodified U.S.A NTSC PS2/Xbox/GameCube console.
Console peripherals will work in all regions.
All PC games and software will also work perfectly across all regions.
All our DVD Movies are Region 2 (UK & Europe) and WILL NOT work on DVD Players in the U.S.A (Region1) and Asia unless the player has Multi-Region funtionality.

Postage - How Much? Who With? |

All items include FREE UK delivery!!!!
For European customers postage is £3 per item. For international customers (Including USA, Australasia and Asia) postage is £4 per item.
Certain heavy or bulky goods may incur a surcharge for shipment outside the UK in excess of the fees stated. These typically apply to all goods over 500g/1lb in weight. We are unable to send some hardware abroad due to carrier restrictions. All Items both domestic and international are shipped via the Royal Mail.

How Secure is buying online? |
Temple Games uses secure server software (SSL) from SecPay http://www.secpay.com/ to ensure that your credit card will be protected against fraudulent use while on our site. This service encrypts all personal information entered to prevent anyone but the intended recipient from viewing or manipulating your information.
You will notice two differences when you enter the checkout phase of your order which tell you that the data you are entering is being encrypted. Firstly a padlock will appear at the bottom right hand side of your browser window. You will also notice that the web address now begins https://www.templegames.co.uk indicating that you are now on a secure server.

How do Pre-orders work? |
All pre-orders are billed on the day of dispatch - we do not take payment until we know the goods are on the way to you.
Every care is given to list the release date of software titles but these are subject to change - sometimes at very short notice.
Pricing given for pre-order titles is as accurate as possible but does sometimes change. We will endeavour to keep you informed of such changes and will never bill you without your consent following any re-pricing.

Faulty Items |
|
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. In the case that the returned items are not faulty or misdescribed the customer is liable for any collection or return delivery charges incurred.
In such instances goods will not be returned until payment is received/authorised.
